How do I book an appointment?

What's the deposit policy?
$40 deposit required after consultation. Deposits are non-refundable but can be used to rebook within one month. Accepted via CashApp, Zelle, or Apple Pay.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments can be rescheduled once at no charge. Late arrivals (15-30 min) incur a $30 fee. No-shows or arrivals 30+ minutes late forfeit deposit.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Please arrive with clean, detangled hair. We provide braiding hair—human hair available at extra cost or you can bring your own.
Do you work with all hair types?
Yes! We specialize in all textures and can braid hair as short as 2 inches.
Do you braid kids' hair?
Yes, we braid for ages 6 and up.
Can I bring someone with me?
One guest is fine if necessary. We have WiFi, snacks, and drinks available during your appointment.
What if I'm running late?
Please text as soon as possible. If you're more than 15 minutes late, a $30 fee applies. Arrivals 30+ minutes late may need to reschedule.
What if I don't like my braids?
We work to ensure you're happy with the result and replicate your requested style exactly. Please speak up during the process for any adjustments. Redos after completion are at extra cost.
